Appointment Policy

All new clients looking to book an appointment at Aesthetic Laser Care will need a credit card authorization of $50 to hold your appointment. We will not charge the card unless you “no show” or cancel the appointment the same day. The fee for a same day cancellation or no show is $50.

All existing patients that “no show” or cancel the last minute will need to place a $50 deposit before they can schedule a future appointment.

That being said, should you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.

Despite our schedule being packed and back-to-back, Dr. Lafkas and the staff of Aesthetic Laser Care operate efficiently and on-time mainly due to our patients arriving promptly for their appointments. We do not double book clients. We respect your time and take pride in being on time. We always ensure that ample time is allotted for treatments and we always book patients in a dedicated time slot. Therefore, we request that you arrive on time for your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
